1. ICF Professional Mentor Coaching

This is the skills-based mentor coaching required for ICF certification or renewal at the ACC, PCC, or MCC level. It’s also often required by accredited coach training programs. This process is designed to sharpen your coaching competencies and ensure you meet (and exceed) ICF standards.

Following the ICF definition, this mentor coaching includes:

• Individual feedback on recorded coaching sessions
• A collaborative and appreciative process grounded in the ICF Core Competencies
• Developmental support to help you confidently meet credential-level expectations
• Verification support provided directly to the ICF to confirm your mentor coaching hours 

2. Mentor Coaching & Supervision for Growth

This is the deeper work. The kind of mentor coaching that lives at the intersection of skill, presence, and purpose. It’s not required by the ICF, but it’s often what helps coaches break through to the next level of confidence, clarity, and client impact.

When I started coaching, I worked with a mentor coach for five years before I felt fully confident as a coach. Even now, I continue to engage mentors to support my growth and evolution.

In these sessions, we explore your coaching mindset, business vision, and how your personal growth aligns with your work. This is also where supervision comes in—reflecting not just on what you’re doing as a coach, but who you’re being.

This type of support helps you:
