Since 2001, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of coaches, helping them strengthen their skills, deepen their presence, and grow into confident, effective practitioners. 1. ICF Professional Mentor Coaching

This is the skills-based mentor coaching required for ICF certification or renewal at the ACC, PCC, or MCC level. It’s also often required by accredited coach training programs. This process is designed to sharpen your coaching competencies and ensure you meet (and exceed) ICF standards.

Following the ICF definition, this mentor coaching includes:

• Individual feedback on recorded coaching sessions
• A collaborative and appreciative process grounded in the ICF Core Competencies
• Developmental support to help you confidently meet credential-level expectations
• Verification support provided directly to the ICF to confirm your mentor coaching hours 

2. Mentor Coaching & Supervision for Growth

This is the deeper work. The kind of mentor coaching that lives at the intersection of skill, presence, and purpose. It’s not required by the ICF, but it’s often what helps coaches break through to the next level of confidence, clarity, and client impact.

When I started coaching, I worked with a mentor coach for five years before I felt fully confident as a coach. Even now, I continue to engage mentors to support my growth and evolution.

In these sessions, we explore your coaching mindset, business vision, and how your personal growth aligns with your work. This is also where supervision comes in—reflecting not just on what you’re doing as a coach, but who you’re being.

This type of support helps you:

• Build lasting confidence and resilience in your coaching
• Unpack emotional, ethical, or energetic challenges with clients
• Navigate imposter syndrome, pricing fears, or visibility blocks

Individual Ongoing Mentor Coaching & Supervision

Currently: 1 Spot Available

This is a powerful ongoing mentorship designed to support you as you grow into the coach and becoming the person you’re here to be. Whether your focus is ICF skill development for growth or certification, personal growth, business expansion, or client challenges, these sessions are customized to meet you where you are and stretch you into what’s next.

You can bring anything to these sessions:

• Core Competency development for ACC, PCC, or MCC
• Coaching Supervision to reflect on client dynamics and your presence as a coach
• Business strategy, mindset shifts, or personal leadership
• Confidence-building, boundaries, and sustainable success

This is a six-month minimum commitment. After that, we simply continue month-to-month at your chosen level for as long as the support feels meaningful and aligned for you. Many of my clients stay for years, not because they have to, but because the growth and clarity they gain in this space continue to fuel their confidence, skills, and impact.

Session Options:

• 2 sessions per month: $425/month
• 3 sessions per month: $525/month
• (Optional) Recorded session review: $225 per session, includes full review and written or live feedback

You’re welcome to shift between the 2- and 3-session options—just let me know before the end of the current month, and we’ll adjust your plan.
